New Member Information
Each new member invoice will have two voluntary line items. $25.00 for RPAC and $25.00 for the EMBOR scholarship fund.
REALTOR® application fee is $50.00
Designated REALTOR® application fee is $100.00
Applications are processed during normal business hours. Monday - Thursday 9am - 3pm
Supra E-Key Information
The East Metro Board of REALTORS® does not handle your MLS membership or your Supra Keys/APP. Please consult your broker about Supra e-key access as your broker knows which mls service provides your e-key.
GAR Forms
GAMLS & FMLS only receive information every 4 hours from our database. Due to this, access to the forms may be delayed. You must enter your NAR Member ID into Remine Docs in FMLS or Transaction Desk in GAMLS to gain access to the GAR Forms. In order to access either FMLS or GAMLS your broker must first add you to their roster.
