Members have 3 options to pay dues
1.) Members may call 770.787.3763 during normal office hours Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm with your Credit or Debit card. (An additional $10 processing fee will apply for the use of more than 1 card)
2.) Available October 1, 2023: Members may pay online through the NAR website. NAR WEBSITE

DUES FAQ's
1.) When are the 2024 EMBOR dues to be paid? Tuesday, January 16, 2024
2.) How much are the 2024 EMBOR REALTOR Dues? The breakdown is as follows: EMBOR dues $120, GAR dues $100, NAR dues $156 + $45 Ad Campaign = $421. You have the option to add $25 for the EMBOR scholarship and/or $25 for RPAC.
3.) When will I receive my invoice? Every active member on October 1st is emailed an invoice from the NAR e-commerce system. Some members may have an issue with the email landing in their "junk or spam folder."
4.) I am paying my dues through the payment plan, why did I receive and invoice from NAR e-commerce? The invoices are generated automatically; for your records. Once you have made the final payment you will receive a "paid in full" invoice via email.
5.) I am paying my dues through the Payment Plan, when will my payments be processed? Please refer to the payment plan form you completed, signed and submitted to EMBOR for this information.
6.) How much are the late fees if I do not pay my dues by January 16, 2024? Late fees are as follows:
January 17th-January 31st$75.00
February 1st- February 28th $125.00
March 1st you will be made inactive, a $150 reinstatement and full payment of dues is required to be reinstated and
made active.
7.) I am paying online; I do not want to pay the RPAC & Scholarship Contributions. How do I remove them from my invoice? On the left hand side of the invoice, beside each contribution, there is a pay now or pay later. You check the pay later box (no invoice will be sent if the "pay later" option is selected). On the bottom right of the page, there is an apply changes box, click on apply changes.
8.) Does EMBOR have my payment information from last year? No. We cannot store credit card information per security standards.
9.) Is there a fee to pay by credit card? Yes. If you split your payment up, over the phone, using more than one debit/credit card, there is an additional $10 processing fee for each card. An administration fee of $45 will be added if you take advantage of the payment plan(s).
10.) I need copies of prior year dues payments I paid online. Please follow these instructions. (If you paid through the office and not online, please call EMBOR at 770.787.3763) How to find prior year receipts paid online.
DUES Disclaimer
NOT DEDUCTIBLE FOR INCOME TAX
For 2024, with dues at $156 per member, NAR computes 35 percent or $55 to be nondeductible for the member's income tax purposes due to NAR lobbying efforts. Please note that the entire $45 Consumer Advertising Campaign special assessment qualifies as fully deductible.
2024 GAR DUES BILLING/ESTIMATED LOBBYING EXPENSE DEDUCTION ALLOWANCE:
The portion of dues paid that is spent to lobby the State and Federal governments are not deductible for income tax purposes and the IRS requires that all dues statements disclose this information. GAR has estimated that $7.44 (7.59%) is the nondeductible portion of 2024 GAR dues.

The portion of dues paid that is spent to lobby the State and Federal governments are not deductible for income tax purposes and the IRS requires that all dues statements disclose this information. GAR has estimated that $8.11 (8.28%) is the nondeductible portion of 2023 GAR dues.
2022 GAR & NAR DUES BILLING/ESTIMATED LOBBYING EXPENSE DEDUCTION ALLOWANCE:
2021 GAR & NAR DUES BILLING/ESTIMATED LOBBYING EXPENSE DEDUCTION ALLOWANCE:
For 2021, with dues at $150 per member, NAR computes 38 percent or $57 to be nondeductible for the member's income tax purposes due to NAR lobbying efforts.
2020 GAR & NAR DUES BILLING/ESTIMATED LOBBYING EXPENSE DEDUCTION ALLOWANCE:
GAR DUES BILLING/ESTIMATED LOBBYING EXPENSE DEDUCTION ALLOWANCE: GAR computes 8.38% or $8.31 to be nondeductible for the member's income tax purposes.
For 2020, with dues at $150 per member, NAR computes 38 percent or $57 to be nondeductible for the member's income tax purposes due to NAR lobbying efforts. Please note that the entire $35 Consumer Advertising Campaign special assessment qualifies as fully deductible.
